At max, buy the sinbad pack (or farm the gauntlet, but buying the pack is much easier since the pack drop rates are much higher). However, I think that only buying packs at 130 is misleading. Professor's hoard is a fantastic pack for a level 60 because the boots and the wand are the best and drop easily.

What about waterworks gear at level 60 should I just skip waterworks and get professor hoard gear or just do waterworks as well. At 60 if you do you only want boots and wand, and then want hat and robe from waterworks. Same thing applies at 100, only boots and wand and then you just want robe and hat from darkmoor.
